Research Program
at the Inner Harmony Health Center

This program is focused on gathering results from Americans who participate in a specified listening program. The study entails listening to one of the Medical Resonance Therapy Music® CDs, 2x/day, for 40 days, recording your experiences, and returning the information to Dr. Jonas.

If you choose to participate, you will be able to purchase the CD for only $50, from ordering it on-line. Your CD will be carefully selected according to your answers on a brief questionnaire and sent to you along with the forms to be completed and returned each week.

This program is available for adults and children who will be supervised by adults.

The protocol consists of listening to the prescribed CD:

• 2 or more times per day: early morning, late afternoon, and prior or during sleep are the most beneficial times
• listening through good quality headphones
• having no other distractions in the room
• having the eyes closed
• listening for at least15-20 minutes at a time
• filling out a weekly response form and sending it back to Dr. Jonas
• listening for 40 days
